BE HEALTHY


Our bodies are precious gifts. Each one is unique and wonderful. If you don't have a PLAN for your continuing good health, I have a suggestion.

My husband and I eat according to our blood type (although we are not strict). Our results have been good - weight loss, more energy, less tummy problems, no acid reflux, and an all around good feeling because we are caring for ourselves.

We found the books in a health food store in Mississippi. I imagine they can be found in other stores of the same type, in your area.
There is one for each blood type. They have lists of 'FOOD, BEVERAGE and SUPPLEMENTS'. They are from the EAT RIGHT series by Dr. Peter J. D'Adamo.
It is not a diet, but rather listing what is 'highly beneficial', what is 'neutral', and what is to 'avoid'.
