Let's take stock - look in the mirror...hmmm...eyes open, nose inhaling, ears hearing, mouth doing it's things (filled with teeth, gums, tongue, etc.).
Moving on - neck holding up head (whew!), shoulders holding up clothing (yippee), thinking about all those unseen components inside the trunk of my body - WOW! (all seem to be functioning... sure glad to know that!) And, there are the arms... (cute elbows) and hands..with fingers, and nails (what a great idea to give me something to scratch an itch).
Holding up the above mentioned are the legs (oops! need a shave), and, the ones who are doing the brunt of the work... feet and toes (watch them wiggle - talk about cute!).
Can't forget the tissue, skin, etc. that skillfully holds me together (wrinkles and all).
"Here am I" in all my glory... grateful for the combined units that make me "ME".
Hopefully, you will take a look at "you" in all your magnificence, enjoy who you are, and be grateful to be the one and only "YOU".
