Are you tired of cold and rain or snow? It can be depressing. Perhaps you can put some color in your day and help others feel better too.
When you dress in the morning, choose the most colorful clothing you can wear for your day (realizing that some of us have dress codes). Also choose your most colorful outside clothes (hat, coat, scarf, shoes or boots, umbrella, purse, etc.). Of course match your make-up, ladies. Look in the mirror. Don't you feel better just seeing your 'sparky' self? When you step out the door with a smile on your face, you will be a 'bright spot' for everyone you meet. When they smile back at you, you'll get a double dose of happy.
Doesn't that feel good? Good enough to do it more often?
