UNDERSTANDING

Excuse - verb, - remove blame from; justify; pardon

If someone is blocking the doorway should I say 'excuse me' (usually accompanied by an attitude) as a means to make them move out of the way?

Why ask for 'removal of blame' when I haven't done anything yet?
I could say 'may I please get through', then, as I pass, 'excuse me' (asking for pardon).

Traffic laws - 4 way stops

When more than one car reaches the stop at the same time, who goes through first? The car on your right. If no one is on your right - you are first.

These are a couple of things that I feel are frequently misunderstood and cause frustration and sometimes anger. There are more than enough reasons to become frustrated and mad. Perhaps we can decrease them a couple at a time, until life becomes easier and less of a hassle.

If you have any suggestions or ideas about 'UNDERSTANDING' things to make our lives better, please let me know at: 2maketheworldhappier@gmail.com I will respond to all in a timely manner and may print your ideas if you permit. Thank you.
