The retail sales store is cluttered, dirty, and a mess. Everything is unfolded and out of place. Candy wrappers are on the floor and so is the apparel. "Excuse me, do you have this in my size? Does it come in blue? Where are the ...."

The lines at the registers are loooong. The customers are complaining while they wait. "Why did he wait until he got to the register to write his check? Price check...."

Every table is dirty. "Where is the hostess? Isn't my food ready yet...."

Take a long look at the salesperson, cashier, server. Overworked! Underpaid! Exhausted!
