Did you ever have a time when everything seemed to happen to you? I recently said "This must be my year!" (everybody has a 'poor me' moment) Well, I didn't dwell there - instead I asked WHY?. I got an answer....
Yes, my car was totaled... but I was not injured. I had no passengers in my car, and have
good insurance that covered everything.
Yes, the vase broke in my hand... but my cut was super glued (no local anesthesia injection, and no stitches) Normally my husband would have been the one handling the vase... due to the type of work he does, he would have been unable to do his job until it healed.
The cup is half full...I am not the center of the universe...God isn't 'out to get me'...Stuff happens!..."It rains on the just and the unjust".
It helps to look for the positive... there is consolation there.
