We are all suffering, either drought or floods...(here, it is bone dry).
When I said all, I meant all creatures large and small. Not only is the grass brown, but the palm fronds are yellow. The drainage ponds are dry. The small critters are showing up at our swimming pools or our yard looking for anything wet. The tiny ones are lucky enough to get into the house and find the sink or bath tub.
Oh - What to do! What to do! We are not allowed to water our lawns, trees or flowers. We are being encouraged to conserve when we brush our teeth and wash our dishes. I'm not complaining. I am commiserating. I understand we must do something.
The only way is ... EACH DO OUR PART, PLEASE.
