TAKE A DEEP BREATH

This is one of the busiest days of the year for many of us. Not only do we have to work ( from half a day to extreme hours if you are in retail ), but we have all those last minute preparations at home. Baking, cooking, trimming, wrapping, and maybe a religious service.

I offer this kind advice to you - TAKE A DEEP BREATH. Stop long enough to breath and assess the situation. If necessary, ask for help. If after your assessment you still come up short of time, prioritise. Perhaps something can wait until tomorrow or be dropped from the list completely. Turn on the radio or put in some CDs, something relevant. Sing along.

Determine that once every hour you will close your eyes and take some deep breaths. Remember why you are doing all this. And be glad.
