APPROACHING 2008

Do you have your list completed? You know - the one with all the resolutions. Did you remember to include "Love Myself More". I hope so. I think it should be #1.

LOVE: a strong or passionate affection; devotion; object of love. My version: be true to yourself.

How can we "be true " to others if we are not true to ourselves first?

Exactly what does that mean? Only you know for sure! Look in the mirror. Search deeply into your own eyes. Find your own truth and follow it.

When it involves acts of kindness, you may be the encourager, or the provider; maybe the one behind the scenes with the means to back the "doers".

Whatever you can do - make it come from the heart that knows and appreciates you with all your beauty and your flaws - the imperfect loveable YOU.
