"Eat, drink and be healthy." by:Charlotte Wilson Langley

I want to share some information from a 'natural awakenings' magazine (Sarasota/Manatee Edition: email - www.nasrq.com) These are free monthly magazines found in many cities. Perhaps you can find one near you.

"Look at these two sets of ingredients:

Butyl Acetate, Ethyl Acetate, Isopropyl Alcohol,Dibutyl Adipate, Citrus Aurantium Amara
(Bitter Orange)Oil, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Benzophenone-3, Cl26100 (D&C #17)

Pure Filtered Water, Lemon Juice From Concentrate, Citric Acid, potassium Citrate, Modified Cornstarch, Glycerol Ester of Wood Rosin, Sodium Hexametaphosphate and Sodium Benzoate and Potassium Sorbate and Calcium Disodium EDTA (to Protect Taste), Aspartame, Acesulfame Potassium, Sucralose, Yellow 5

Do you know what all of the above ingredients are? Most people...have no idea what any of these chemical ingredients are, but use them in everyday life.

Would you believe that one of these ingredients lists are actually food?
Can you tell which one?
If you guessed the first one, you just chose a hearty serving of nail polish remover."

After reading this, I immediately went to my kitchen pantry and checked everything in it.
I am pleased to say there were no 'freaky' ingredients there. Whew!

Be sure to check your pantry...and get rid of anything that is harmful to you and your family.
Next time we shop, let's check the label before we spend money on toxic ingredients.
