First - please forgive my tardiness, our relocation process is incomplete. We are in the 'search and find' zone - so far we are stuck in 'search'!
Everywhere I go I find people in distress. It matters not their age, race, or status.
It is becoming harder to live. Seems that instead, we struggle to exist. In some warped way, stress is now the great equalizer. More of us need medication for our stress, and fewer of us can afford it. It feels like there is no way out of the maze; but remember this, feelings are not always truth.
We are not alone. Picture a huge bubble with all living things in it, that's it! Sure we are spread far and wide, sure we are different, but we're in this together like it or not!
What would happen if we all looked past the end of our nose, and saw the others' needs. Could we be supportive, could we be considerate, could we be kind, could we make existence easier for each other?
I have been the recipient of those who see beyond themselves. It is humbling and uplifting. It changes existence to life.
Perhaps this can encourage you to help when you can, and receive with gratitude when you need help.
