place it in an envelope, addressed to your "letter-carrier". Put it in the mail box with the flag up. You can peek out a window and watch the response. It may evoke laughter, or the thought that you lost your mind. Either way, they'll at least smile, releasing endorphins and making the day a little easier.

For those of us who don't have a home mailbox, address your envelope to the "letter-carrier for (insert your zip code)" Take it to your post office, either hand it in at the window or put it in the mail slot. Imagine the response and release some endorphins of your own.
